- Brilliant monitor in every wayI've looked everywhere for a 1080p monitor with a glossy screen and this was the closest thing I have been able to find (1680x1050, which is close enough).
I'm pleasantly surprised to find that there is no noticable glare on the glossy screen: the anti-reflective surface works exactly as advertised, whether exposed to sunlight or artificial light. - Looks and performance, together in oneThe acer ferrari 20-inch LCD is a masterpiece. The external looks justify the badge - sleek black surround and a glossy rich red stand. controls are discreetly tucked away to the side but easily accessible, and ports on the back are hidden but easy to find. performance is great - blacks are rich and dark, colours well saturated, and speed eminently up to scratch. I have yet to try playing DVDs but gaming (half-life 2, call of duty) is superb. Well and truly a bargain.
